On the afternoon of May 30th, the application project of all-welding dehumidification equipment processed and manufactured by the company was successfully delivered. This project is a battery laboratory, and the environmental control requirements are: temperature 25℃, dew point ≤-50℃, and cleanliness class 100,000. According to the characteristics of the project, the outdoor fully welded low dew point runner dehumidifier is adopted.

The equipment adopts all welding structure form, good sealing, ensure to meet the production process requirements, and can effectively reduce the operation energy consumption. The splicing section and the access door adopt the self-developed anti-cold bridge inlaying device. The special structural design makes the anti-cold bridge effect extremely good and eliminates the condensation phenomenon on the outer surface of the box body. The inner runner adopts the new profile frame structure, the overall flatness is better, the regeneration sealing performance is good. Because the equipment is placed outdoors, the overall top of the equipment is equipped with rainproof device, such as the new air outlet adopts rainproof plate + protective net plate, the electric box adopts inner and outer doors with better protection grade, and the regeneration system adopts rainproof box structure to prevent rainwater infiltration and protect the internal parts. Perfect automatic control system, less wearing parts, simple maintenance and high reliability, the unit can run stably for a long time.
